(1) The Council shall have a separate fund of its own.
(2) All the expenditures of the Council shall be chargeable on the fund as referred to in Sub-section (1).
(3) The fund as referred to in Sub-section (1) shall consist of the following amounts:
(a) Amounts received from Government of Nepal,
(b) Amounts obtained as loans, donations, grants or contributions from any native or foreign persons, organizations,
governments or international organizations,
(c) Amounts collected by way of various fees charged by the Council,
(d) Amounts received from any other sources.
(4) Prior approval of Government of Nepal shall be obtained in receiving amounts as referred to in Clause (b) of Sub-section (3).
(5) All amounts paid to the fund of the Council shall be credited to an account to be opened with any commercial bank within Nepal.
(6) The operation of the fund and account of the Council shall be as prescribed.
